We began to create not only a new small batch distillery but a new sort of business in 2011. It took us about five years to get to market with our first bottle, a velvety potato vodka with a mild sweetness. At Exalt, we want to raise affluence in our community. For us, that means growing as big as we can by selling great products and sharing the wealth fairly with everyone: our distributors, liquor stores and restaurants; our employees; our vendors; our owners; and our community. This isn’t a new idea. We borrowed it from a book called, “The Wealth of Nations.” For customers, that means we strive to make spirits that are treasured. We are new. We produced our first bottles in September 2015 and started commercial sales two months later. We think our Exalt Estate Potato Vodka is already among the best. We pledge to work continuously to make it even better.
